You will be re assured to know we are taking every precaution to ensure that all hygiene and government guidelines are in place at Oasis to protect you and our staff against covid, these have been working sucsessfully since re-opening.
We would like to ensure you of our commitment as we higher the bar in salon cleanliness. Updated policy's, procedures & risk assessments have been put in place to help guide staff and clients through the additional health & safety measures required.
The layout of our premises has been adapted with screens, floor markings, signs and hand sanitiser etc. required to ensure staff and clients safety, also every staff member will be provided with the appropriate PPE and have recently been trained & certified in all the necessary changes required to protect against COVID 19.

CUSTOMERS APPOINTMENT CHANGES –POST LOCK DOWN
We are really looking forward to welcoming you back to Oasis Health & Beauty ... However due to the Lock Down situation re opening and potentially getting back to business as usual may take some time, therefore we have listed some of the changes which may occur, we are grateful of your support and understanding.

We are really looking forward to welcoming you back to Oasis Health & Beauty ... However due to the Lock Down situation re opening and potentially getting back to business as usual may take some time, therefore we have listed some of the changes which may occur, we are grateful of your support and understanding.
- Clear screens – Are be in place for your and our safety, staff shall all be wearing the appropriate PPE within the salon and throughout your treatment.
- Masks - We do require all customers unless exempt to wear an appropriate mask (we can provide masks at a minimal cost).
- Treatments are by appointment only - you will be greeted at the door, which will remain locked between appointments, please arrive on time, as there may be nowhere available to wait within the salon, during the dark evenings you may need to call or knock on the door as it is more dificult to see you.
- Pre-payment* - will be required to confirm all appointments, *But good news, as you will be earning Oasis points every time you pre pay towards future treatments or products.
- Minimum Booking times recomended are 45min + - these can consist of your own selection of treatment. please help us by accumilating your ppointments together as we require a 15min clean down between every client/treatment. This is not currently charged for but does cause a financial strain for the business duering these difficult times, If booking online please bare this in mind & add this to the end of your treatment selection if using our online booking system.
- Pre covid health questionnaire - to be completed on our website, prior to arriving for your appointment (our customers who dont have access to a computer will be told over the phone.
- Cancellation notice - Due to these unusual times we are requesting 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. However, if we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. (we will consider less notification but only if in relation to covid-19) Cancellations are to be made by phone (24hr answer machine available) or via email : with the following details: CANCELLATION & date of treatment in the subject line and your full name & treatment within the message.
- Opening times - are currently 9.30am - 7.30pm Mon-Friday. Sauturdays 9am-3pm
- Pre-opening Booking Form – payments may be requested via bank transfer or over phone
- Price changes - Please be aware that there have been some price increase to our treatments since you last visited, to enable us to keep these to a minimum we have placed a seperate surcharge to help keep these to a minimum. If you appointment bookings are for less than 45mins or £35 there is a £5 surcharge, this is to help towards our PPE costings and the extra time we are required to allocate between clients for cleaning down, which is in the interest of yours and our staff saftey... to avoid this charge its wise to link your treatments together in one session or try something new? - Sunroom - will only be permitted along with other treatments or at selected times only, available on request.
- Toilets - There is a toilet available if required.
- Drinks - Hot tea & coffee & water will be available in paper cups but only for nail & foot treatments & post massage & facials.
