CUSTOMERS APPOINTMENT CHANGES –POST LOCK DOWN
We are really looking forward to welcoming you back to Oasis Health & Beauty ...
However due to the Lock Down situation re opening and potentially getting back to business as usual may take some time, therefore we have listed some of the changes which may occur, we are grateful of your support and understanding in this matter.

However due to the Lock Down situation re opening and potentially getting back to business as usual may take some time, therefore we have listed some of the changes which may occur, we are grateful of your support and understanding in this matter.
- Clear screens – will be in place for yours and our safety, we shall all be wearing the appropriate PPE within the salon and throughout your treatment
- Masks - We do require that you arrive with an appropriate mask (we can provide masks at a minimal cost).
- Treatments are by appointment only - you will be greeted at the door, which will remain locked between appointments, please arrive on time, as there may be nowhere available to wait within the salon.
- Pre-payment* - Is requested upon making any booking to confirm your appointment, *Good news, you will be earning Oasis points towards future treatments or products.
- Minimum Booking times recomended are 45min + - these can consist of your own selection of treatment. i.e. an express mainicue & brow shape or . brow shape & lash tint, Express pedicure & lip wax etc. This is due to the extra 15mins required to clean down thoroughly beween clients, this is in the interest of everyone’s safety.
- Pre covid health questionnaire - to be completed on our website, prior to arriving for your appointment (those customers who don't have access to a computer will be completed by us on arrival.
- Cancellation notice - Due to these unusual times we are requesting 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. However, if we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. (we will consider less notification but only if in relation to covid-19) Cancellations are to be made by phone (24hr answer machine available) or via email : with the following details: CANCELLATION & date of treatment in the subject line and your full name & treatment within the message.
- Opening times - are currently the same.
- Pre-opening Booking Form – payments are requested via bank transfer, until we re-open in July.
- Price changes - We are sure you understand there have been some price increase on selected treatments since your last visit, these help towards the PPE and additional time required to clean down between appointments, therefore we request that you keep your appointments together or perhaps try an additional treatment to avoid these additional costs, and help prevent further increases. For informations or treatment cost please call 01162866575 or emails us directly. We appreciate that these are dificult times for all, but we are sincerly grateful of your support now more than ever.
- Sunroom - will only be permitted along with other treatments or at selected times only, available on request.
- Toilets - Please use the downstairs bathroom only.
- Drinks - Water, Hot tea & coffee will be available in paper cups but only for selected treatments
