Do you have a minimum of 3yrs experience in management working within a salon, spa or aesthetics environment? Have a clear understanding of marketing, advertising and creative enough to capture the interest of new clients.
Posses excellent people skills, be able to motivate a team of skilled therapists and have and excellent repour with existing and potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have a good administrative background and a clear understanding of IT and social media is essential.
Have excellent organisational skills with an ability to work of your own initiative is essential along with the ability to find solutions to problems.
